Comrade Anura Dissanayake emphasized that if two people not involved in a future power project become president and prime minister, the NPP will refrain from running for the presidency.<\/p>\n<p>At the discussions with the strugglers, it was stated that there was no agreement in Parliament regarding forming an all-party government despite discussing with all parties in Parliament.
