L. Santhosh, the National General Secretary (Organisation) of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on September 28, 2026. The delegation is currently visiting India following an official invitation from the BJP.<\/p>\n<p>During the discussion, the BJP leadership provided an in-depth briefing on the party&#8217;s history, organizational structure, and its grassroots mobilization strategies down to the village level. Discussions also covered India&#8217;s ongoing development initiatives and projects under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties underscored the importance of enhancing mutual understanding and inter-party friendship to further strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between Sri Lanka and India.<\/p>\n<p>On the sidelines of the meeting, the JVP delegation also held discussions with Smt.
