Investors do not come to Sri Lanka; they say they are disappointed and go back. These are things that do not happen without a reason.
The report of the Human Rights Council clearly stated that the economic crimes committed in Sri Lanka have not been appropriately punished. If economic criminals and economic killers act freely, there will be no fairness in the economy of that country. When investors come to Sri Lanka, they do not see they can successfully carry out their process free of fraud, corruption, waste and bribery.
