The 27th Commemoration of ‘November Heroes’ will be celebrated at Viharamahadevi Park today (13th) at 3.30 p.m.
The event is held annually by the JVP to commemorate our comrades including tour beloved founder Comrade Rohana Wijeweera who sacrificed their lives for the country during the 88/89 period.
The Leaders of the JVP including Comrade Anura Dissanayaka, General Secretary Comrade Tilvin Silva, Political Bureau members Comrade Lal Kantha, Comrade Vijitha Herath, Comrade Bimal Rathnayaka, Comrade Sunil Handunneththi and others will participate.
‘Songs of Liberation’, will be sung at the end of the event.
