The 99th Commemoration of the Great October Revolution was held at Southall in London recently.
The Commemoration organized by the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist–Leninist) was attended by diplomats, officials and delegates from Socialist countries and countries that accept Socialism.
The speeches were made by Teresa Vicente, the ambassador of Cuba in the UK, Marcus Garcia, the Ambassador of Venezuela in the UK, Sayakane Sisouvong, the ambassador of Laos in the UK, Kim Song Gi, the Ambassador of North Korea in UK, Gerry MacLochlainn, a Leader of Sinn Féin in North Ireland, Harpal Brar, the President of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist–Leninist), and Ranjeet Brar.
The JVP in Sri Lanka was invited to make a special address and it was delivered by Comrade Dr. Indunil Wijenayaka, the Committee Member of the JVP Committee in the UK.
