The sole right of the struggle against fraudsters is with the JVP, a broad movement that could win power in the country in 2020 that detests fraud and corruption and take the country on a correct path would be built and the people will have to decide whether they give power to this movement or not says the National Organizer of the JVP Comrade Bimal Rathnayaka.
Speaking to a newspaper Comrade Bimal Rathnayaka further said, “It is the corrupt circle that protects rulers and the administration. They utilize media advantage and spent colossal amounts of money. The underworld is maintained and they are armed. This is why an administration has to be created to protect people instead of defending fraudsters and the corrupt.
Hence the struggle against corruption should be strengthened. The sole right of the struggle against fraudsters is with the JVP and the forces that rally with it.
A force that opposes not only fraudsters, corruption and crime but that takes the country along a new path should be built. We would build a force that could get power in 2020. However, people in this country should decide whether we are given power or not.
We have already commenced building this movement. Everyone has a role in this endeavour. We invite everyone to join us in fulfilling this task.”
